Ink Printing Cost Explanation

At Ridgeline Printing, we work hard to keep prices low so your church can focus more resources on ministry. To help you understand how screen printing pricing works, here are the key factors that affect costs:

Apparel Choice: The item itself usually makes up most of the cost. You can get a general idea by checking similar items on Amazon (though keep in mind we charge you less than retail prices).

Number of Print Locations: Each print location (such as front, back, or sleeve) increases the cost since every location requires separate setup and handling. Fewer print locations will help keep costs lower. Please note that sleeve printing carries a premium due to the added complexity and precision it requires.

Print Size: The size of your design also affects pricing. Larger prints require more ink and longer production time, which increases cost. Designs within a 12x12 area are typically priced the same, while oversized prints may include a small additional charge.

Quantity Ordered: The more items you order, the lower the cost per piece for printing (even though the apparel vendor charges the same for 1 item as for 1,000). The price breaks for printing can be found here.

Print-Ready Files: If you submit a file that’s fully print-ready, the cost will be lower. However, if your file needs adjustments or setup, we may need to send it off for proper formatting, which will increase the cost depending on how much work will be done on your file.
