Apparel Design Requirements

Please note: Canva can be used for your apparel design. We recommend it for anyone less familiar with design software. Our order forms include an option to share your Canva file link. If there are any issues with your design, we’ll let you know.

• Preferred file types: Vector (.AI or .EPS) or high-resolution PNG (minimum 300 DPI at full print size).

• Outline all fonts to prevent substitution or formatting issues.

• Maximum design size: 14” wide × 17” tall. Note: For XS, S, Youth, or Toddler shirts, the maximum design size depends on the garment, not the machine.

• Provide a mock-up only if placement is crucial (e.g., off-center or sleeve designs).

• Not sure your file is ready? You can still submit a hand drawing, concept, or low-quality image—for a small design fee, our team can prepare it for print.
